Parental exhaustion is real. Looking after small children all day or trying to juggle parenting with work and running a household can leave you overwhelmed and worn out. We're haunted by our 'to-do lists' and can feel guilty when on top of all of this we don't find the time to look after ourselves. However, no matter what is going on in our lives, we always have access to our breath.
